How does Looseo pay for return shipping?
If you receive damaged or defective items, we will replace them for you or cover the shipping costs of the return.
Details are as follows:
- The item received is defective and cannot be repaired by replacement parts
- We sent the wrong item
- We sent to the wrong address
- We sent a duplicate order
- The item is faulty within the 30-day return period (assuming the customer assembled the item correctly according to the instruction manual)
Processing Flow
Step 1: Contact us at [email protected] to explain your problem and confirm the solution.
Step 2: Send us pictures and tracking number of the returned item. The repair cost will be determined based on the situation.
Step 3: We confirm receipt and inspect the problem. Send us your contact details via email.
Step 4: We will ship the item back to you.
Important:
- For damaged or defective items received, you must provide videos/photos to support your claim.
- If proof is not provided, the return will be considered “buyer’s remorse” and you will be responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
- You must provide proof of defect before returning the item, no exceptions. Submit pictures/videos of your return request using the “Contact Us” form.
- Once we receive the approved return item, we will inspect its condition. If the item is defective, we will refund the money.
- If the return request for damaged/defective items can be resolved with simple parts and support, we can provide free replacement parts and repair suggestions.
- If the return is due to your mistake, the return shipping is at your own expense. The original shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Examples of such returns may include:
- Consumer regret
- No reason/no longer want
- Misunderstanding of product description
- Customer purchase error
After the 30-day return period, if the item is faulty or malfunctioning, you can use the manufacturer’s product warranty to repair it.
Warranty period
Our warranty period is one year from the date of sale. During this period, Looseo will repair or replace defective products. Warranty refunds are generally not provided unless Looseo and you agree.
Return Policy
- Items purchased from this website can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
- Returned items must be unassembled, free of any signs of use, not unsaleable, and in original condition and original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt and confirmation of the return.

Cancelling an Order
Orders for in-stock items are sent to our warehouse for shipment immediately after you place the order, so in-stock items cannot be cancelled.
If you need to cancel a pre-ordered product, please contact us. Please note that we will not charge you for the reservation until the product is shipped.
